La nostra connessione wi-fi è gratuita e disponibile nelle aree comuni e in camera. Con un semplice click potrete lavorare in smart working rilassandovi in piscina o nell’agrumeto secolare di “A Casa tu Martinu”, ricevere le vostre mail e potrete postare le vostre foto su Instagram e Facebook, non dimenticate di taggarci!
Vi preghiamo di tenere presente che tutti gli spazi comuni interni e zona ristorante sono non fumatori. È consentito fumare all’esterno utilizzando gli appositi posaceneri.
Se lo desiderate, potete aiutarci a salvaguardare l’ambiente senza rinunciare al comfort, lasciando nella doccia gli asciugamani che non intendete più utilizzare. Il resto della biancheria da bagno verrà ripiegata. La governante Angela e il suo team sono a vostra completa disposizione per qualsiasi necessità come cuscini extra o grucce ecc. Non è consentito l’utilizzo della biancheria da bagno fuori dalla struttura.
Importante: la struttura non tollera lo smarrimento della biancheria, la stessa si riserva il diritto di addebito anche dopo la partenza.
I bambini sono i benvenuti, vogliono giocare e correre, saltare in piscina ma la priorità è anche il vostro riposo. Ricordiamo che dalle 13:00 alle 16:00 è l’orario del riposo in tutta la struttura, soprattutto nelle aree comuni e nella zona piscina. In quest’ultima chiediamo di rispettare chi vuole riposare.
Vi ricordiamo che è disponibile il servizio Babysitting, previa prenotazione e disponibilità della nostra Antonella. Il costo del servizio è di € 15 € all’ora per bambino, in caso di fratelli il costo sarà di 10 € a bambino.

Vi preghiamo di stendere la vostra biancheria sulla terrazza, dove troverete degli stendibiancheria dedicati alla vostra camera. È importante, per il rispetto di voi stessi e di tutti gli ospiti, che la zona adiacente la vostra camera rimanga in ordine.

La struttura dispone di palestra, collocata nella zona centrale di “A Casa tu Martinu”. L’accesso è gratuito a tutti gli ospiti, consentito dalle ore 8.00 alle 20.30.
- Si prega di indossare un abbigliamento consono e scarpe adatte e di munirsi di un asciugamano per coprire i punti di appoggio delle panche di allenamento e macchinari per il fitness.
- Riporre sempre al loro posto e nello spazio esatto corrispondente gli attrezzi immediatamente dopo l’uso.
- Dopo l’utilizzo è obbligatorio disinfettare le attrezzature e accessori utilizzati
La direzione non si assume la responsabilità in caso di malessere collegato ad un precario stato di salute o ad un improprio uso delle attrezzature. - La direzione declina ogni responsabilità per oggetti lasciati incustoditi.

In caso di smarrimento la Direzione si riserva il diritto di addebito del relativo costo anche dopo la partenza.

The property offers a dedicated agreement for its guests at Lido Sant’Anna, located in one of the most fascinating beaches of the Ionian coast, in the town of Gallipoli. It is just 10 minutes by car.

The location includes 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds, 1 director’s chair. Available rows: 3rd row. Costs vary depending on the period, the rate includes parking space available, private cabin.
Have you forgotten your beach towel? No problem, ask for it at the reception!
Beach towels are available for hire at the price of € 15 per day.
The breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 am. If breakfast has not been purchased during the booking, it can be requested at the reception for € 20 per person per day.

Children are welcome: we hope they enjoy the swimming pool area, but please be gentle with other guests who are in the same place with you and would like to rest. We would appreciate it.
We therefore kindly remind you that from 1 PM to 4 PM is the time of rest throughout the structure and especially in the common areas and pool area.
We would like to remind you that our nanny Antonella is available for babysitting service. Availability upon reservation. The price of the service is € 15 per hour per child, in case of siblings the price will be € 10 per child.
The swimming pool outfit is appropriate until 19:00. After that time, casual clothes will be appreciated.
On your arrival you will be given a key/badge to the entrance door from our reception staff.
For those who have a badge, we remind you that the door must be pushed at the same time as the acoustic signal.

Please note that all indoor common areas and the restaurant area are smoking-free. Smoking is allowed outside using the ashtrays provided.
The hotel services include a gym, located in the central area of "A Casa tu Martinu".
The access is free to all guests and it is allowed from 8.00 am to 8.30 pm.
- Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring a towel to cover the training benches and fitness machines during their use.
- Always put the equipment back in its place and in the correct space immediately after use.
- After use it is also mandatory to disinfect the used equipment and accessories.
- The management cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use or poor techniques whilst using any equipment.
- The management accepts no responsibility for the items left unattended.
- Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
It is possible to book a Personal Trainer service, subject to availability.

Guests are given two keys: a key of the entrance door and a key of the room. Both must be returned to the reception at the check-out, otherwise you will be charged with a penalty of € 20 on the credit card left under warranty.
From June to September our restaurant is open only for dinner from 7:30 pm.
You will find your pool towel upon your arrival in your room. For any change or new request there is a supplement of € 5.00 per day. The use of pool towels outside the structure is not allowed.
In case of loss, the Management reserves the right to charge the relative cost even after departure.
We would be grateful if you would help us to protect the environment. Please don’t leave in the shower the towels that have only been used once. Hang them up, we’ll promise to reserve you the same comfort, but we’ll only change the towels left in the shower.
Our housekeeper Angela and her team are at your disposal for any needs you may have, such as extra pillows or hangers etc.
It isn’t allowed to use bathroom towels outside the hotel or in the pool area.
Important: missing towels or linen will be charged at the check-out or after the departure.
Please hang your laundry on the terrace, where you will find clotheslines dedicated to your room. It is important out of respect for yourself and all the hotel guests that the area adjacent to your room remains tidy.
