For Relais San Martino the safety of all our customers and staff is our top priority. We want you to have absolute peace of mind during your stay. For this reason, we have deployed a strict anti-Covid 19 protocol.
In line with WHO COVID-19 we working hard to ensure a safe hospitality and offers the best place possible during your stay in Salento. We encourage you to review IT Ministry of Health website for the latest information about COVID-19.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
With the ever-changing travel regulations that COVID-19 has brought about, we have introduced the following flexible cancellation policy.
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge:
- until 5 days before check-in date. Only for June, July and September;
- until 30 days before check-in date. Only for August.

HIGH STANDARDS FOR CLEANING AND SAFETY
Relais San Martino will use cleaning products and protocols which meet WHO guidelines.
Sanitation with ozone
Sanitized with ozone, a cleaning method, recognized as a natural aid for sterilizing rooms.
Cleaning with specific products
Cleaning products we use are those recommended by from ministerial circular no. 5443 del 22/02/2020: first cleaning with neutral detergent, subsequent cleaning with 0,1% of sodium Hypoclite and 70% of ethanol.
Laundry
The linen supplied will be certified to guarantee our guests that the fabrics subjected to washing and sanitization have undergone all the checks and analyzes (swabs on the outgoing linen, on the surface used, on the employees, on the vehicles, etc..) required by related protocols.
